Our main objective is to help you achieve your physical fitness goals. We offer a friendly, hands on approach, in our new 2000 sq ft facility, nestled in Issaquah Washington.

 

We offer one on one personal training, weight loss guidance and nutritional education, along with group exercise classes.

 

At Construction Zone you will find a place that you can relax and be yourself. We will help you reach your physical fitness goals with personal training in a private setting.
